with specialties in the Environment, Motor fuels, Motor Technology and Economy.
Ecotraffic works with investigations, analyses and research to reduce hazardous air pollution and to assist in bringing forth the eco-cycle society of tomorrow. Ecotraffic is active in the fields of energy, transportation, motor fuels, engine technology, emissions, environ-mental management, and life cycle analyses, and we conduct environmental audits, as well. From our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo, and Philadelphia Ecotraffic collaborates with specialists and international researchers.

ENGINE TECHNOLOGY
International analysis and follow-up of engine technology as relates to thermal efficiency, exhaust emissions and after-treatment systems for trucks, buses, passenger cars, ships and heavy equipment that operate on gasoline, diesel oil, alcohol and gas. Analyses and evaluation of research for new engines, and engines developed for alternative motor fuels.
NEW MOTOR FUELS
International analysis and follow-up of developed fossil-based motor fuels such as gasoline, diesel oil, natural gas and LPG. Evaluation of alternative, non-fossil-based motor fuels, such as ethanol, methanol, biogas, vegetable oils, electricity, and blendfuels. Introduction strategies, lLife-cycle analyses, technical status, potentials, international developments, supply and demand, as well as prices, taxes and incentives.
EMISSIONS
Engine-, vehicle-, and motorfuel technologies as they interrelate to a variety of applications. The influence on regulated and non-regulated exhaust emissions. Project management of R&D and test projects. |
